The 41st Asian Racing Conference (ARC), to be held in Riyadh from February 9–14, 2026, will feature the world’s richest race, the G1 Saudi Cup, boasting a prize fund of USD 20 million. This will mark the first time that Saudi Arabia hosts the ARC.

This year’s conference sessions, themed “Honoring Tradition – Shaping the Future”, will take place from February 10–12 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Centre. Now regarded as a landmark event on the international racing calendar, the ARC brings together more than 500 industry leaders and key stakeholders from the worlds of racing and sport.

The conference is organized by the Asian Racing Federation (ARF), a regional body comprising 28 national racing authorities across Asia, Oceania, Africa, and the Middle East. Founded in 1960, the ARF promotes knowledge exchange—particularly on technical matters—through regular conferences and media, while fostering cooperation among its members. Turkey joined the federation in 1970 and has hosted the conference three times: in 1973, 1990, and 2012.

In addition to attending the sessions, delegates will have opportunities to explore the country’s culture, social life, and natural attractions, while also expanding their professional networks.

The highlight of the conference will be the G1 Saudi Cup, run on the evening of Saturday, February 14, at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh. As in previous years, the meeting will feature nine races, attracting the world’s top horses and jockeys.

Early-bird registration for the 41st ARC, including access to all conference sessions and events, is priced at USD 1,200 until October 16.
